Energocomplekt CJSC aspires to the fullest satisfaction of requirements and expectations of its customers that is the major factor of successful development of the enterprise. This aspiration is expressed in Quality Policy of the Company.
One of steps in realization of this aspiration was beginning of creation of the Quality Management System (QMS) according to requirements of GOST К ISO 9001-2001 and international standard ISO 9001:2000. The primary goals facing QMS are constant increasing of customers’ satisfaction with products and services of the company and continuous perfection of the company’s activity. In June 2006, Energocomplekt CJSC has passed the certification audit. During the audit, conformity to the Quality Management System of the company to the requirements of the named standards was confirmed. The company received the appropriate certificates. They cover the following spheres of activity: 1. Installation, starting-up and adjustment works, tests, maintenance and repair services 1.1 Installation of electrical equipment, machines, and devices 1.2 Starting-up and adjustment works of electrical equipment, machines, and devices 1.3 Technical check and analysis services, namely: electrical equipment, machines, and devices tests 1.4 Machines and equipment maintenance and repair services including guarantee repair 1.5 Electric machines and equipment repair services 2. Delivery services 2.1 Field systems for large motors and generators 2.2 Power units 2.3 Field systems for turbo and hydro generators, and synchronous compensators 2.4 Control and regulation equipment 2.5 Power converters with capacity over 5 kW 2.6 Complete devices for electric drives control of power plants and substations 2.7 Complete devices for control and protection of stationary diesel-generator engines 3. Services in carrying-out of scientific research, designing, development, examinations, and consultation 3.1 Engineering services in the field of design and construction work for industrial technological processes and manufactures 3.2 Engineering services rendered during construction of buildings and equipment installation, namely: installation supervision of the electrical equipment, machines, and devices 3.3 Examination of hardware creation and technology development projects Conformity of the Quality Management System to the shown requirements is regularly checked by certification Bodies during annual inspection audits. We realize that development of the Quality Management System and the entire organization is a continuous process. Therefore the personnel of the enterprise purposefully continue working in this direction to render customers the best production and services on favorable terms. |
