Automated loading station, produced and commissioned by CC “Energocomplekt”, is designed for direct weighing and loading seven different types of mineral oil in railway tanks through loading telescopic pipes and also for removal and recuperation of vapors from the loading zone.

Packet forming line according to pallet scheme by MOLLERS (Germany) is commissioned by specialists of Energocomplekt CJSC at oil-processing plant Salavatnefteorgsintez OJSC. The line is designed for stacking bags to pallets and packing of formed pallets into shrink film. Base type of automatic devices for stacking a cargo on pallets PLS 1200. Nominal capacity – 45 pallets/hour (1200 bags/hour).

TOPAS® filling machine produced by Windmoller & Holscher (Germany) is intended for packing of various products as low-flow as well as low-flow and dust-forming products, which dust complicates sealing the top edge of a bag. The machine is capable to make bags from tubular single-layered and multilayered film, to fill the bag with specified quantity of a product, and to seal the top edge of the bag for one step of the machine work.

SUGP-0.5Ех polyethylene granulator control system is designed for soft change in rotation speed of the knife and the screw engines for obtaining a polyethylene granule of the preset size. The disadvantage of the previous system is its incapability to cut a polyethylene granule of the size required by GOST if the unit productivity increases over the nominal, which led to reduction of the end-product grade because of significant pressure beating inside the screw.

The thermal power station is designed for production of live steam, electric energy and desalinated water for process needs of the petroleum processing plant. The thermal power station includes two steam boilers with gas-pulse clearing of heating surfaces and total productivity 200 tons of live steam per an hour (140 kgf/cm2, 5400С), a turbine unit with electric capacity 18 MW, and equipment for water demineralization.
