TOPAS FILLING MACHINE
PURPOSE
TOPAS® filling machine produced by Windmoller & Holscher (Germany) mounted by specialists of Energocomplekt CJSC on the petrochemical factory of Salavatnefteorgsintez OJSC is intended for packing of various products as low-flow as well as low-flow and dust-forming products, which dust complicates sealing the top edge of a bag. The machine is capable to make bags from tubular single-layered and multilayered film, to fill the bag with specified quantity of a product, and to seal the top edge of the bag for one step of the machine work.
TOPAS® can be supplied in variants of various capacities; thus, the ideal machine for satisfaction of customer’s requirements on packing can be chosen, from the smallest up to the largest volumes of loose products. Due to the expanded dimensional range, weights from 5 kg up to 50 kg can be filled depending on product density and equipment specification. Change of product and tubular film for packing is performed simply and quickly. There is no necessity for change of machine parts; meanwhile, all necessary adjustments of the machine are carried out automatically. The compact machine design requires minimal space; depending on specific requirements of the customer, it can be delivered in stationary or mobile embodiments (rails, air cushion, or wheels) for filling bags from different pipelines or different bunkers. The machine guarantees production of strong bags of the stable form, consumption of packing material to the minimum, and, as a result, the minimal cost of each bag packing.
CONTENTS
The machine comprises:
hydraulically controlled integrated unwinding device for the roll film;
angular sealing device for hardening of sealed corners and stabilizing the bags (optional);
section of bag production;
patented loading funnel;
station of the filled bags sealing;
dust cleaning station for strong sealing of bags with dust-forming product (optional);
output conveyor with bags stirring device;
integrated control panel of the filling machine and of electronic batching scales.
The machine form factor provides large windows for supervision over each operation that is carried out currently. Protective doors provide convenient access to units of the machine for cleaning and servicing. The machine is delivered completely assembled and tested; that guarantees fast installation and start-up of the packing machine.

Term of the equipment delivery is 6 months from the moment of contract signing and advance payment.
