PACKET FORMING LINE ACCORDING TO PALLET MOLLERS SCHEME


     Packet forming line according to pallet scheme by MOLLERS (Germany) is commissioned by specialists of Energocomplekt CJSC at oil-processing plant Salavatnefteorgsintez OJSC. The line is designed for stacking bags to pallets and packing of formed pallets into shrink film. Base type of automatic devices for stacking a cargo on pallets PLS 1200. Nominal capacity – 45 pallets/hour (1200 bags/hour).

The line includes the following items:

  • Reception tape conveyor,
  • Metal detector for sorting out bags with metal inclusions,
  • Weight checker for sorting out bags with wrong weight,
  • Inkjet printer for printing on bag sides,
  • Conveyor (sorting automatic device) for removal of bags with wrong weight to one side and with metal to another side,
  • Inclined conveyor with tamping device,
  • Automatic pallet loader,
  • Roller conveyor for transportation of the stacked pallets to an automatic packing machine,
  • Roller conveyor for transportation of the packed pallets to loading zone,
  • Stacking electric control,
  • Set of cables and trunking.

         The company carried out delivery, starting-up and commissioning works, and training of the service personnel.

         Term of delivery is 6 months from the moment of contract signing and advance payment.
